York County Community Action Corporation (YCCAC) is a community action agency, and therefore provides a one-stop shop to understand what local and state assistance programs you may be eligible to participate in.

Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP), which helps eligible homeowners and renters supplement home heating and energy costs.​​
