No, our program only supports new projects and upgrades.
The program offers two different forms of support, each of which has it's own eligibility guidelines. To receive technical assistance you must live in one of the following communities:
To qualify for financial support, you need to be a year-round homeowner in Kittery, Kennebunk, Kennebunkport, Ogunquit, or Wells. You must also meet our income guidelines, which you can find on our financial support page.
The program does provide technical support to renters. This means an Energy Navigator can help you to understand potential upgrades and explore any programs or incentives you are eligible for. We can also provide information you can share with your landlord. Unfortunately we cannot provide financial support to renters.
Yes, landlords can participate! However, they are only eligible for technical support, not financial support.
