No, the project only funds new projects and upgrades.

To receive technical or financial assistance through the program, you must be a year-round homeowner in Kittery, Kennebunk, Kennebunkport, Ogunquit, or Wells. There are additional eligibility requirements to receive financial assistance, you can review them on the home page.

Unfortunately, the program does not assist renters. However, there are resources for renters on the Resource Hub.

The program is only open to owner-occupied residences. However, Efficiency Maine does offer rebates for multifamily buildings, such as Multifamily Weatherization (https://www.efficiencymaine.com/at-work/multifamily-weatherization-incentives/)and HVAC (https://www.efficiencymaine.com/commercial-hvac-incentives/)incentives.
